Horseshoe Acres Campground 2024 Schedule of events 

Friday May 3–
Campground Clean up begins. Seasonal campers are welcome to open their sites and help clean up the campground in their areas

Saturday May 11 – Opening Weekend
11:30 to 1:30 Carnival 
6:30 PM DJ Karaoke/ Dance Party

Saturday May 18 –
9 AM Fun Run 3.5 mile run around the campground just for fun. Be prepared to get a little messy.
11 am Rock Painting
1 pm Corn Hole Tournament
3 pm Kickball or Badmitten
7 pm Bingo

Saturday May 25 –
10 am Fairy Houses
12 pm horseshoe tournament
2 PM Relay For Life Basket Raffle hosted by HSA and Team Jen and bake sale - (12 noon bring donated baskets to the camp store. 1 PM tickets for baskets and baked goods go on sale in the dance hall)
3 pm Kids Bike Parade – Best decorated bike wins a prize
6 pm golf cart parade (best decorated cart wins a prize)
6:30 winner announced
6:30 pm Live Music – “Wyld Nitghtz”

Sunday May 26
9 am to 10 am breakfast in the dance hall (donate to activity fund for your meal)
11 am Fairy Houses
1 pm corn hole adult
3 pm kids corn hole
3 pm Rock hunt - find and collect painted rocks. The most rocks found wins
All day - Wild flower bingo - Find all the flowers on your bingo card and win an ice cream

Saturday June 1

1 pm – 4 pm design and heat press a t-shirt must sign up for a time because it takes time for each person to create a design. $7.00

10 am Bird Houses This activity requires measuring, cutting wood with hand saws, hammering, nails, wood glue and painting. Young children should be accompanied by an adult. ($10.00 donation for materials is appreciated)

10 am – 3 pm campground wide tag sale – get a map of participating sites from camp store. Campers who want to be on the map must sign up by June 25th

3 pm Live Gospel Music "Barry Ward" followed by Dinner - Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Salads, and dessert. All are welcome. There is no Charge but we will pass a basket.
